How we collect, use and protect your personal data, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: 24 September 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by DIMARKET ONE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14085446, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF ("Dimarket One", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected] or +44 20 3567 0865.

2. Data we collect

Information you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, billing address, country and any project notes you submit through the checkout, custom project or contact forms.

Order information: the services you request, quantities, selected currency, order reference and the date of the request.

Technical information: browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through essential cookies and, only with your consent, analytics cookies.

We do not knowingly collect special category data and ask that you do not include it in project notes.

3. How we use your data

To respond to enquiries, prepare scope confirmations, quotes and invoices, and deliver the services you order (legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract).

To keep business, tax and accounting records (legal basis: legal obligation).

To secure the website, prevent fraud and improve our services (legal basis: legitimate interests).

To measure site usage with analytics cookies (legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal effects on you.

4. Sharing your data

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business — for example hosting, email, payment and accounting providers — under written agreements that require them to protect it.

We may disclose data where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of our business.

5. International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to ensure an equivalent level of protection.

6. How long we keep data

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months. Order, contract and invoice records are kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required by UK law. Analytics data is kept for no longer than 26 months.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your data. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we act promptly on any suspected breach and will notify you and the ICO where required.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), although we would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this website.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How ordering, pricing, custom projects and support work at Dimarket One.

How does buying a ready-made service work?

Choose a service in the shop, add it to your build queue and place the order as a guest. We then confirm scope, timeline and start date with you in writing before any work begins.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Checkout only asks for your name, email, billing address and country. Company, phone and project notes are optional.

Is payment taken when I place an order?

No. Placing an order sends us your request. We reply with a written scope confirmation and an invoice or payment link. Nothing is charged on the website.

Can I order more than one service at once?

Yes. Add several services to your build queue, adjust quantities in the cart and check out once. They appear together on one order reference.
